HELPING CLIENTS WITH

I am a BACP registered counsellor working in central Leicester. I understand life can be tough sometimes so I work with clients with compassion and without judgement to explore with them the difficult areas in their lives. Together we approach issues often buried in a client’s past at a pace which feels manageable for each individual.
In addition to face-to-face sessions, I also offer online therapy via Skype or Zoom. I work collaboratively with you, using psychodynamic and CBT methods, to explore the issues you are experiencing. A free initial consultation is available, where we discuss your requirements and how we might best work together. Following this meeting I offer weekly counselling sessions on weekdays and evenings. Each session lasts 50 minutes and continues for a mutually agreed number of weeks. Short-term focused therapy may last for 6 to 8 weeks, and longer term counselling may be open-ended and subject to regular review.
