About me :

I am a BACP registered counsellor in an easily accessible location in central Leicester.  For clients looking for a space to talk, I offer confidential, face to face counselling with compassion and understanding to individual adults facing challenging issues in their lives. Examples of issues I can assist you in resolving might include generalised anxiety and stress, depression, relationship issues, or a number of life's other difficulties listed below.

I believe in working collaboratively with you to explore the issues you are experiencing, using a psychodynamic approach.  A free initial consultation is available, where we discuss your requirements and how we might best work together.  Following this session I offer counselling on weekdays and evenings on a weekly basis.  Each session lasts 50 minutes and continues for a mutually agreed number of weeks.  Short-term focused therapy may last for 6 to 8 weeks, and longer term counselling may be open-ended and subject to regular review.

If you have read anything here that you would like to discuss further, please contact me by phone or email to fix an appointment.
I look forward to meeting you.

I hold a BSc degree from Aston University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Leicester University.  I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I abide by the current BACP Professional Conduct Procedure.
